Job Description :
We are seeking exceptional candidates with experience and passion to fill a Junior Data Analyst position in the Survey Operations & Analytics (SOA) team at BCG. This team is part of the Knowledge Practice Area and is an integral part of BCG’s strategy to deliver superior value and sustained impact to clients.
Role and Responsibility :
- Creating products using technical interfaces and tools
- Strongly communicating within and outside the team
- Suggesting designs and UI options to make the product look better
- Understanding the customers and their needs
- Root cause analysis to understand various issues encountered by end – users
- Problem solving by using work arounds wherever possible
Education and Skills :
- Pursuing / completed bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with demonstrated high academic achievement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Accuracy, attention to detail and adherence to committed timelines
- Strong work ethic, service-mentality and a collaborative / team-player mindset
- Effective written & verbal communication.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
