Job Description :
The customer support team takes care of technical account management for all our customers. They help troubleshoot and resolve issues that customers might have and provide assistance as and when required. Anyone who likes to troubleshoot, get to the root cause and solve problems and helping customers resolve their issues are a natural fit for the customer support team.

Role and Responsibility :

- Flexibility in working in different rotational shifts/regions/markets. This is absolutely mandatory because shifts and regions will be allocated based on business requirements.
- Prior internship experience in B2B or product companies in any of these domains is an added bonus
Education and Skills :
- Freshworks is looking to hire smart, determined and passionate students who’ll be graduating in 2022 for our customer support team.
- Shortlisted profiles will be invited to a screening assignment. We will send out invites in a periodic manner and give one week to complete it.
- All our interviews will be virtual video interviews on Zoom, since we are all working remotely for the time being.
- We will plan multiple interview drives – they may be spread over 2-3 dates to accommodate all candidates.
- Given the context of Covid and remote work – Freshworks is working partially remotely (as things stand today). While we have office locations in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad – the support team is based primarily out of Chennai and this role will be for the Chennai location only.
- We are also tentatively looking at an office in Coimbatore in the near future and take your preference in case you wish to be based out of Coimbatore.
- We are also slowly returning back to the office in phases, and will expect those hired to work out of the Chennai office upon joining.
