The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.

Role and Responsibility :
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for executives
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Perform administrative and support work for executives
- Prepare various reports depending on the executives requirements
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes during meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Education and Skills :
- Candidates with Bachelors in Management or Commerce or English will be preferred
