Job Description :
Tanzu service mesh is a modern application networking platform deployed by our customers in on-premise and cloud infrastructure to connect, secure and manage modern and legacy apps. We are part of the broader Tanzu portfolio helping customers achieve their application modernization goals.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Engage with globals support and sales teams to ensure any issues reported by customers are addressed.
- Design, build and maintain monitoring infra for production infrastructure.
- Drive customer excellence by regularly providing feedback to development teams on product quality.
- Build and maintain automated tools to detect and address product issues.
Education and Skills :
- Familiarity with configuration and operation of VMware products a plus – VMware vSphere, NSX, Avi loadbalancer
- Experience in configuration and operations of service mesh technologies is a plus (Istio, Kuma)
- Experience working with other Tanzu products – Tanzu Mission Control, Tanzu Kubernetes Grid.
