Job Description :
We are looking for Software Developer with the following skills.
Role and Responsibility :
- As a support engineer you would need to understand the customer queries and answer the queries in timely manner.
- Diagnose, research, analyse the issues reported by the customers in the product.
- Deliver voice, email and chat-based technical support.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contribute in all phases of the product development life cycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
