Job Description :
The Solution Architect shall be responsible for development SA package which contains the Hardware, Software and Man days required for the given opportunity. This SA package will be used by the P&E team to create a proposal which will be submitted to customer.
Role and Responsibility :
- Works independently & is fully proficient in applying established standards of Solution Architect role
- Solution Architect needs to work and coordinate with Sales Management, Sales Account Managers, LSS Leaders (FSM/SBM), LSS Marketing / Solutions Consultants, Field Service Specialists (FSS) and the Proposal & Estimation team in making the proposal / estimate.
- Ensure that requests are executed within agreed cycle time
- Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough Level 1 quality checks.
- Work closely with the Account Manager, Field Service manager and Field service specialist to produce the best technical solutions and ultimate deliverable within time and quality.
Education and Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
- Effective communicator
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
